Got this years ago in a snail mail trade.  According to the guy I got it from, this is the soundboard master tape.  A fairly early show, some of the songs are clearly still works in progress with slightly different lyrics.  Sound is pretty good although I think the bass could do with a boost.  However, I've just left it as I got it.  Jello seems in a good mood and some of his between song chat is hilarious ("Progressive rock's Donny Osmond brothers - Yes!")
