This show was recorded by an Exit employee. I got a copy direct from his master around 2000 and digitized it around then. I have seeded this show before but couldn't find the original files, I think they were on a hard drive that went bad. So this torrent is from a CDR backup copy. If anyone has the original fileset, please upload it and I'll delete this torrent.
The original seed had the date as December 1984 or maybe January 1985. I've subsequently figured out that the correct date is 25 November 1984. Albini mentions at one point during this show that the NYHC band Kraut played in Chicago that night, and recently Kraut posted a flyer on their Instagram showing their November 1984 tour dates with a gig on the 25th in Chicago. 
The sound quality is pretty good and the performance is great, covering their first few releases (including songs from the Racer X EP and Atomizer LP, which hadn't been released yet.) Although Albini says that this is Jeff Pezzati's last show with the band, they played at least one more show (1984-12-01 in Minneapolis) before he left.
